Customers outside the UK and Europe should go to the US Guilford Press website for details on returning defective items.

Any imperfect copies (those with production faults) may be returned without time limit, and postage/carriage costs will be met by the Publisher - but you must contact us before returning any item.

Books returned to us without prior agreement will not be credited or acknowledged. We can accept no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorised returns - so please cntact us before returning an item:
